Ballard; daughters Kim Feltner (McKinley) and Deborah Dunn; sons Wes and Brad Ballard; mother Lucy Ballard; brothers Dave and Gary Ballard; sisters-in-law Marcia, Cheryl and Fran Ballard; granddaughters Lisa Newsome, Elizabeth Newberry and Stephanie; great-granddaughters Samantha Hunn, Gracie and McKenzie Newsome. Preceded in death by his father Elbert Ballard, sister Bonnie Kimball; brothers Paul, Jerry and Stephen Ballard and great granddaughter Katlyn Rose Newsome. USAF (ret.). Worked for Ford Motor Co. for 44 years. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 4 at 12:30 p.m. in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N.
