Obituary

Charles Arthur Rowe, age 92, passed away peacefully on February 13th, 2025. He was the devoted husband to Virginia Rowe, with whom he shared a loving marriage for 70 years. He held a special place in his heart for his father J.J. Rowe. Charles was born in Webb City, Missouri and was a truck driver who loved to use his hands to make and build things.

Charles was a veteran of the Korean War who served his country with honor.

He was an avid fisherman who found joy and peace by the water. He loved the ocean and loved to boat. He enjoyed spending time at "THE RIVER", where he taught numerous grandchildren to water ski. He also enjoyed gardening, caring for his birds and his two cats, Blackie and Tom Kitty. He spent countless hours in his barn where he tinkered on numerous projects.

Charles is survived by his wife Virginia Rowe and his two loving children, Kimberly Addams and Greg Rowe. He was a proud grandfather to 12 grandchildren: Amanda Tackett, Kienan Franklin, Abram Addams, CJ Rowe, Isaac Addams, Jess Stroop, Samuel Addams, Dakota Addams, Abbey Rowe, Bella Addams, Olivia Addams and Grace Addams. Additionally, he was blessed with 13 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him joy and pride.

He will be remembered for his love of his family and the countless memories he created with his family.
