Charles "Charley" Otis Cleveland of Goshen, OH. Born on October 1, 1943 in Cromona, KY. Passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the age of 69. Beloved companion of Barbara Smith. Loving father of Chuck Cleveland, Tara Vance, James Smith, Jason (Alicia) Smith and the late Shauna Cleveland. Caring grandfather of Whitney Payne, Shykayla Jones and Samantha Smith. Proud great-grandfather of Avian Payne. Dear brother of Elenor Lindsey and the late Ferrell Johnson, Roy Johnson, Vineta Johnson, Kathleen Johnson, Talmadge Johnson and Asa Kiser. Cherished son of the late Charles and Osie (Bartley) Cleveland. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Charley proudly served in the United States Army. Services will be held on Friday, July 19, 12 Noon at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
