Charles M. Ruffner, age 89, of Goshen, OH. Born on November 24, 1923 in Morrow, OH., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Betty L. (Holland) Ruffner. Loving father of Ruth Stokes and Jean Cox. Caring grandfather of 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Joe and Ed Ruffner. Cherished son of the late Howard and Lula (South) Ruffner. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Services will be held on Monday, March 25, 2 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 1 PM until the time of service. Interment with military honors, Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH. Pastor Phil Hopper will be the presiding minister for Charles' services.
