Charles L. "Charlie" Gregory of Loveland. Beloved husband of 60 years to Vanda (nee Murphy) Gregory. Loving father of John (Jennifer) Gregory and Cheryl (Dwayne) Bodley. Proud grandfather of Jonathan Charles Gregory, Jeffrey Tyler (Jessica) Gregory, and Dylan Gregory Bodley. Dear brother of Lillian Hughes and the late Lester Gregory, Alvin M. Gregory, Jean Hughes, Evelyn Gregory, Harold Lloyd Gregory, Wanda Thompson, and Kenneth Gregory. Charles was a 61 year member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local #18. He served as crane operator, apprenticeship instructor, organizer, and business agent. He was Past Master of Edenton Masonic Lodge #332 F&AM, member of O.E.S. Celestine Chapter #185, Grand Council Royal and Select Masons of Ohio, Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati, and Syrian Shriners. Charlie was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Blanchester for over 50 years. Charlie passed away July 5, 2017 at the age of 87 surrounded by his family. Family and friends will be received from 5-8 PM with a Masonic Service at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, July 11 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, July 12.
