Beloved husband of Patricia Cecil. Devoted father of Daniel, Sue Ellen, Stephanie, Mary, Mitchell, and Phyllis. Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Passed away Saturday, Oct 2, 2010 at age 82. Memorial donations in memory of Charles may be directed to United Methodist Children's Home, Worthington, Ohio.
