Charles E. Marshall of Blanchester. Beloved husband of Mary Ann Pleasant Marshall, dear father of Rebecca Marshall, Rachel Marshall, Renee Marshall, and caring brother of Kay (Marvin) Ward. Oct. 18, 2009 at age 51. He was a member of the F. and A. M. Blanchester Lodge # 191. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
