Survived by daughter, Kim (Jay) Page. Granddaughter, Brooke Page. Extended family, Barry and Phyllis Kauffman, Kristin and Drew Rubenbauer, Mitchell and Milly Howard, Michael Howard and Theresa Howard, also David and Vicky Howard.
