Charles Tufts Diebel of Maineville. Beloved husband of 66 years to Patricia J. Diebel. Loving father of Katharine (the late Steven) Carter, Charles (Bess) Diebel, Nancy (Antonio) Escobar and Robert K. (Tina) Diebel. Proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren and great grandfather of one granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Savanna, and brother, Duane F. Diebel. He passed away July 15, 2016 at the age of 92. He was a U.S. Army Air Corp WWII Veteran. He was a salesperson by profession and a master woodworker and furniture maker by avocation. Charlie loved fishing and camping; however, his family always came first in his life. Family and friends will be received from 11 AM-12 Noon on Friday, July 22 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 12 Noon.
