Charles Cook of Goshen, OH. Born on August 6, 1929 in Hazard, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on August 22, 2016 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie Joyce (nee Kincaid) Cook. Loving father of Trish (Gary) Spradlin, Charles Michael Cook, Laura (Michael) Sperr and the late James and Robert Cook. Caring grandfather of Gary Spradlin, Adrienne Spradlin, Adam Spradlin, Amy Spradlin, Brandon Cook, Brad Cook, Misty Cook and Michael Cook. Proud great-grandfather of Kyler Spradlin, Keena Spradlin, Keane Spradlin, Hayde Richmond, Nina Spradlin, Spencer Cook, Joslyn Cook and Jeremiah Fruth. Dear brother of V.B. Cook, Helen Lynam, Aubrey Smith, Pauline Fox and Rubie Smith. Cherished son of the late James Lincoln and Nora Mae (nee Stacy) Cook. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Charles proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Friends will be received on Friday, Aug. 26, 6 - 8 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen. Services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 27, 10 AM at the House of Restoration, 1487 Ohio 131, Milford.
