Charles "Charlie" E. Lykins of Blanchester, OH., went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2025, at the age of 82. Charlie was born on August 11, 1942, in Caney, KY.

Charlie was the beloved husband of Alice (nee Moore) Lykins and loving father of Theresa (Terry) Hensley of Salisbury, North Carolina, Charla (Bill) Sicking of Fairfield, Ohio and Charles (Jody) Lykins of Dallas, Texas. He is Grandpa Charlie to numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Charlie was the dear brother of the late Delphlene (Kenneth) Pugh, Leon (Evelyn) Lykins, Christine (Bill) Nichols and Bonnie (Dave) Robinson. He was the son of the late Stanley and Nelus (nee Clemmons) Lykins. Charlie is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Charles proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietman War.

Friends will be received from 12 Noon to 1 PM on Tuesday, March 4 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, where services will begin at 1 PM on Tuesday.

Interment will take place at Blanchester Cemetery.
