Charles "Bud" Robert Horan of Loveland, OH. Passed peacefully on June 19, 2022 at the age of 81. Born on November 12, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH. Beloved husband of the late Peggy Madeline (nee Luh) Horan. Loving father of Julie (Dan) Ponchot and Lisa (Sean) Derrig. Proud grandfather of Jacob Ponchot, Nate Ponchot, Kaitlin Ponchot, Patrick Derrig and Emmett Derrig. Dear brother of Judy King, Rex (Carmie) Horan and the late Jean Godfrey. Cherished son of the late Charles Daniel and Thelma (nee Morris) Horan. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Bud proudly served in the United States Navy. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Bud was a Real Estate Developer and avid golfer. Friends will be received from 6 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, June 22 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, June 23. Interment with military honors, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery, OH. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Bud Horan to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263 Pastor Shawn Smith of Loveland Christian Church will be the minister for Bud's services.
