Devoted Grandfather of Jason D Broughton, Toni D Broughton, Sebastian W Broughton, and Silas F Broughton. Great Grandfather of Three Great Grandchildren. Dear Brother of Brenda & Dan Martin, Bonnie Fazio, Norma Lemaster, Phyllis & Ken Parks, Betty Owens, Vernie & Sam Horton, Franklin & Ruth Broughton, Albert Broughton, Preceded in death by Brother Jerry Broughton and Bobby Broughton. Brother and sisters-in-law Geno Fazio, Richard Lemaster, Jim Owens, Mary Ann Broughton, and Patricia Broughton. Also survived by his former wife Christine Broughton. Charles passed away surrounded by his family on Monday September 4, 2023, at the age of 77. Friends will be received at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home 129 N Riverside Dr Loveland Thursday September 7th, 2023, 6:00pm to 8:00pm, where services will be held Friday September 8, 2023, at 11:00am.
