Chad Benjamin Huffine. Born October 14, 1975 to Ben and Teri Huffine. Passed away April 3, 2021 at the age of 45. He is survived by his mother Teri Huffine; wife Erin Huffine; daughters Ashley (James) Wright and Taylor Huffine; son Ty Huffine; siblings Todd (Stephanie) Huffine, Leah (Mike) Maupin, Amy (Derrick) Burton, Kyndra (Nick) Moore, Tricia (Caleb) Greenwell, Cody Huffine, Kyle Huffine and Troy (Emily) Huffine; and 30 nieces and nephews.
