Cecil Lee Phelps, of Loveland. Devoted husband of 71.5 years to the late Dorothy (nee Meece) Phelps. Loving father of Pamela (Buddy) Bryant, Patricia (Jamie) Fisher, Ronald Phelps, and Scott (Pam Sue) Phelps. Proud grandfather of Kimberly Bryant, Miranda (Kevin) Cross, Chris Phelps, Ashley (Jesse) Whitaker, Lane Phelps, Mason Phelps, and the late Tonya Bryant. Loving great grandfather of Kayla Cross, Aubrey Cross, Carson Whitaker, and Gareth Cross. Preceded in death by his siblings, Little (Pat) Phelps, Caroline Miller, Charles Phelps, Morris Phelps, Edith Meece, and Floyd Phelps. Dear uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away July 19, 20206, at the age of 98.

Cecil was a proud U.S. Navy WWII Veteran.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 26 from 5-7 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will be held on Monday, July 27 at 11 AM. Interment Graceland Memorial Gardens.
