Cecil G. Middleton passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 81. He was born on June 30, 1945, in Clay County, Kentucky. Cecil Middleton will be remembered with love by his family and those who shared in his life. He is survived by his partner, Janie Fox, loving daughter, Annie (David) Middleton and son Duane (Terica) Middleton. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Madison Rodriguez, Trenton Middleton, and Hunter York, as well as his great grandson, Roman Rodriguez. Cecil is also survived by his sisters, Elsie Mae Davidson and Lorraine Middleton, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Middleton, his mother, Ida Mae (Madden) Middleton, his brothers Delbert Middleton and LF Middleton.

Cecil worked as a Machinist for 45 years. He enjoyed working on cars, going to the race track, loved his gardens, taking care of his yard, talking about guns and knives, and most of all being with family and friends.

Cecil will be remembered with love by his family and friends and by all who knew his loyalty, his interest and care he gave to those closest to him. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those he loved. He will be deeply missed. Per his wishes no formal service will be held, however, a celebration of Cecil's life will be held at a later date.
