Beloved wife of 40 years to Bob Halcomb, loving mother of Jeff (Mary) Halcomb and Robin (Mitch) Rapp, proud mama of Haley Halcomb, Austin Rapp, and Hunter Rapp, dear sister of Ralph Combs, and very close family of Wanda Wahl, Glena Palmer, and Shirley Russo . Also survived by numerous aunts, brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Marie (nee White) Combs, a brother, Carl Combs, two sisters, Gloria Wilmot and Joyce Combs. Catherine retired from the Clermont County Recorders Office.
