Obituary
Beloved mother of Michael Dean (Phyllis) Talley, Karen Talley, Gayle Oliver, Joyce Aschittino, Antonia (LeRoy, Jr.) Walker and Wilma Denise Talley. Loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of James Alsop, Mary Wrenn, LeRoy Alsop, Kenneth Alsop and the late Marjorie Alsop, Bernadine Anderson, David Alsop and Robert Alsop. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, cousins and friends. Libby will be sorely missed by many.
