Beloved wife of Richard Eugene Eppert and ex-wife of Gary V. Terry. Loving mother of Stephanie (Mark) Price, Suzanne Davidson and Vince (Sherri) Terry. Caring grandmother "Nanny" of Jordan (Marissa) Elliott, Sammi Carson, Vinny Terry, Kara Price, Emily Davidson, Madison Terry and Becca Davidson. Proud great-grandmother of Aubrey Elliott, JP Elliott, Chloe Terry, Bryson Terry, Primrose Elliott, Penelope Elliott, Luke Terry and the late Leo Chester Justice. Dear sister of Ronnie Rice, Rhea (Malcolm)VonRhor and the late Anna Robey, Johnny Francis, Albert Lee Francis, Garry Francis, Larry Francis and Tammy Meyer Frith. Cherished daughter of the late Elbert Combs and Mildred Gertrude (nee Vaughn) Francis. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends and neighbors. Carol was a Goshen resident for 49 years. Her interests were gardening, fishing, traveling and cooking for Sunday family dinners. Carol was the matriarch of her family. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 28, 11 AM - 1 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 1 PM on Monday. Interment, Goshen Cemetery.
