Carol Anne Taggert (nee Harrison). Born September 13, 1939, to Carl and Thelma (Winchester) Harrison of Bethel, Ohio. Passed way December 29, 2025, at the age of 86.

Dear sister of Sandy Harrison Ward and Susie Harrison Batten. Loving mother of Suzanne Evans, Timothy and Jerry Douglas Taggert. Former spouse of Jerry Taggert. Devoted grandmother of Matthew Evans, Libby Riedmiller (Brandon), Lauren Stroud (Chance), Nathalie Royal (Kevin), Luke Taggert, Jennifer Fisher (Kevin), Nathan Taggert, as well as numerous great grandchildren.

Carol was a devoted caregiver to all of her grands and greats throughout the years, and it kept her young and active right to the end of her life. She grew up in and around Bethel and remained friends with many of her Bethel class of 57 friends, often meeting monthly to catch up on each other's lives.

Carol was an active 86-year-old, often going out daily for breakfast with her aunt Wanda and friend Peggy, until she suffered a stroke. Carol loved Elvis and even listened to his gospel music on her last day. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family. Carol lived life on her own terms right to the end. She will be missed greatly by her friends and especially her family. Rest in Peace.
