Beloved daughter of the late Lewis Green Selvidge and Wilma Smith Selvidge. Loving wife of the late Ivan Franklin Phillips. Cherished mother of Sandra Denise (Tim) Garrett, Patricia Lynn (David) Kuntz, Melissa Kathleen (Scott) Miniard, and Christian Noel (Ted) Davis. Proud grandmother of Wesley Keith Garrett, Dalton Gage Garrett, Ashley Leeann Miniard, Andrew H. Scott Miniard, Kyle Patrick Davis, Savannah Lynn Davis, and Haylei Noel Hagerty. Special mother to Annette "Tuey" Kuntz. Dear sister of Rosanne Carter, Fran Jeffers, Wayne Selvidge, Betty Soesbee, Andrea Jean Selvidge, Lisa Phillips, Benny Selvidge, and Mark Selvidge. Passed away January 1, 2011 at age 64.
