Carol Lyn Lasiewski, age 45, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Cincinnati on Thursday, November 15, 2018, surrounded by family and friends. Preceded in death by her father, Francis R. Lasiewski. She is survived by her son Conner K. Bishop; her mother Dorothy Lasiewski; brothers Mike (Hana) Lasiewski and Chris Lasiewski; sisters Kathy (Maury) Alkire, Karen Pobar and Lori (Chris) Klein; niece Andrea Alkire and nephew Matt (Erin) Alkire. Carol is also survived by her loving companion Robin Murphy and many loving friends and co-workers. After graduating Mount Notre Dame High School in 1991, Carol received her Associates from U.C. in 1994 and her Medical Assistant Certification from Warren County Career Center in 1995. She had a long career with Bethesda / Tri Health / Arrow Springs and received her nursing degree from Good Samaritan and her B.A. in Nursing from Ohio University. She loved nursing, and her compassion for others always showed. Her joys and loves were her job, her son, traveling, her many friends and her family. She will be greatly missed. Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 28 from 6-7:30 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where a Memorial Service will follow at 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in memory of Carol, to Hospice of Cincinnati.
