In Loving Memory of Carol Ann Frederickson Dunham

March 22, 1958 – July 16, 2025

With heavy hearts and immense love, we celebrate the life of Carol Ann Frederickson Dunham, who passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025, at the age of 67, after a nearly three-year battle with glioblastoma that she fought with courage, grace, and unwavering faith.

Carol was a woman of extraordinary strength, warmth, resilience, and generosity—the light of every room she entered. Carol was the loving and devoted mother of Julie (Scott Keller), Chris, Kelly (Justin Petty), and Michelle (fiancé Dylan VanPelt), and the beloved "Grandmaman" to Adelaide, Wesley, and Cole Keller, and Whitney Petty. Carol leaves behind her loving and devoted partner of eight years, Joe Stuard, and her 7 siblings. Carol's family was her greatest joy and her love for them radiated in every moment.

Carol had a rare gift of making everyone who entered her orbit feel seen, valued, and loved. Her home was a place of comfort and laughter—where friends and strangers alike were welcomed with open arms, a listening ear, and often something delicious from the kitchen. She brought great energy and excitement to everything she touched, infusing life's moments with her enthusiasm and signature "YOLO" [You Only Live Once] catchphrase. She will be profoundly missed, but her presence lives on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A celebration of Carol's life will be held at Horizon Community Church on Saturday, August 9th at 3:00 PM, with visitation to follow. Continuing her legacy of generosity, Carol kindly asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Glioblastoma Research Organization.
