Carl Willie Crosby was born along with his twin sister, Carlyn on May 4, 1944 to Bertha Crosby Miller and Robert Miller of Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the second of their six children. He departed this earthly life on October 5, 2010 at his home. He attended Central High School and later entered into the U.S. Navy on February 27, 1962 and honorably discharged on October 17, 1962. Carl accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized by Reverend Wesley V. Maxie, Sr. of Corinthian Baptist Church. In his early years, Carl was lovingly adopted by the late Albert S. and Eva Martin of Cincinnati, OH. In later years, he was adopted by Mr. & Mrs. Ernest Mills, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH. Both families played in significant part in his life. He leaves to cherish his memory: Six children: Wesley White of Middletown, OH, Eric Crosby of Cincinnati, OH, Carlisa Johnson, Stephan Johnson, Nekisha Johnson and Felisha Johnson all of Loveland, OH. He was blessed with several grandchildren. Also left to mourn his passing are sisters: Joyce Murray, Ruby Miller, Carlyn Crosby and Rita Jones of Cincinnati, OH, and Lucy Miller of Los Angeles, CA, brothers: Robert Miller of Milwaukee, WI, David Jones and Dwight Jones of Cincinnati, OH, longstanding and faithful friends: Marsha and Albert T. Martin, Nasi, and Mr. & Mrs. Ernest Mills, Jr., good friends: Deborah Johnson and Mary Frazier and a host of other relatives and friends.
