Billy "Butch" Jarvis of Goshen, OH., went home to be with the Lord on March 22, 2025, at the age of 76. Butch was born on June 5, 1948, in Cincinnati, OH to Clyde and Betty Jarvis.

Butch was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a gospel singer, songwriter and preacher.

Butch is the loving husband of 50 years to Teresa Lynn (nee Roberts) Jarvis, loving father of Amy (George Iracheta) Jarvis, Tracie (Billy) Deaton, Kristy (Matt) Anderson, Destiny (Justin Sowder) Jarvis, proud papaw of Libby, Bill, Tayler, Joseph, Robbi, Xavier, Hayden, Jasper, Avery, Joab, Desmond and Judah, dear brother of Pam Owens and Ramona Conley. Also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends.

Butch is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Sr. and Betty (nee Burkhart) Jarvis, daughter, Rachael Mae Jarvis, grandson, Juno Henry Anderson, brothers, Clyde Jr. and Larry, sisters, Aileen and Ann.

Friends will be received from 11 AM to 12 Noon on Monday, March 31 at Williams Corner Church of God, 6162 St. Rt. 132, Goshen, OH 45122, where services will begin at 12 Noon on Monday. The Interment will take place at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH.
