Brenda L. Burton (nee Allen) 75 of Blanchester, passed away at home peacefully with her family at her side on Wednesday November 8, 2017. Brenda was born March 24, 1942 in Blanchester, daughter of the late Luther and Susan (nee Thomas) Allen. She loved being with her family, playing cards and bingo. She is survived by her husband Roger A. Burton. They have been married for 57 wonderful years; also her five children, Jeffrey (Barbara Chisman) Burton, Teresa Burton, Angie (Donnie) Smith, Tammy (Daniel) Burger and Brandy Burton; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; a sister Vernadene Tucker; and a brother Alfred (Phyllis) Allen; and many wonderful nieces and nephews and great nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Harry and Frank Allen, and sisters Barbara Smith and Karen Malott; and a grandchild, Trenda. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 14, 2017 at 12 noon at the Blanchester Church of Christ, 911 Cherry St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 10 AM until time of service. Interment Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Family requests memorial contributions be directed to the Blanchester Church of Christ.
