Bradley James Botkin born on June 26th, 1972 in Evansville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023. Brad was the husband of Heidi Botkin. A loving father to Samantha (Austin) Sprong, Alex Botkin and Josh Botkin. A cherished son of Barb and Jim Botkin. A dear brother of Bryan (Stephanie) Botkin, and Jamie (Kevin) Malick. He was also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Brad passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 at 50 years of age.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 23rd at 11:00am at Faith Bible Church, 8130 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249.
