Bonita J. Christon, 59, of Fayetteville, Ohio, died unexpectedly on August 20, 2022.
Bonita who went by "Bonnie" was born in Chattanooga Tennessee on May 14, 1963, to the late Roy and Dorothy Williams. She was the beloved wife of David Christon; loving mother of Terry Lamar Williams and the late Jerry Alexander Williams; proud grandmother of Dameon, Dominic, Karena, Natalie, Aaliyah, Demetri, Julie, Nicholas, Clayton, Lilly, Ivy, Noelani, Nainoa, Na'alii, and Nakoa; dear mother-in-law of Diana Williams; sister of Airmentha, Denise, Evonne, Wendy, Ricky, Sherri, Jeffrey, Bud, the late Birdy, Jon Jon, and Butch. Sisters-in-law Elizabeth, Donna, Pam, and the late Mary. Brothers-in-law Anthony, Terrance, John Jr., John, and the late Larry, Jerome, Lloyd; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss her.
Bonnie met the love of her life David, and they were married on May 12, 1990. They knew it was love at first sight when they met at Pepper Lounge a bar downtown in Over-the-Rhine. She then moved to Blanchester where she met really great friends whom she loved and referred to them as her extended family. Bonnie was a vibrant woman who enjoyed dancing, hanging out with her family and friends, and was definitely the life of the party! She would let you know she was in the house when she hit the door. She enjoyed going to music festivals, bowling, and traveling. She also loved hanging out at her brother and sister-in-law's house Ricky and Sherri.
Some of her proudest moments were cheering for her grandkids during their sporting events and you could hear her cheers in the stands above all others. She was proud of her grandkids and all of their accomplishments. Being a grandmama meant the world to her.
