Bolivar Baker of Midland, Ohio was called home March 31, 2013 at the age of 100. Bolivar was the beloved husband of the late Alpha Sue Baker. The loving father of Sarah Belle (Thomas) Bloemker, and the late Margaret Bitzer and Randell Baker. Father in-law to Charles Bitzer and Gail Baker. The proud grandfather of 11grandchildren , 34 great grandchildren, and 25 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents John Baker and Sarah (nee Sandlin) Baker. Bolivar was a WWII Purple Heart Combat Wounded Veteran and POW. He had a lifelong love for farming and retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
