Bob Oliver of Blanchester. Beloved husband of Phyllis B. Sandlin Oliver, dear father of Bart (Heidi) Oliver, and Matthew (Jessie) Oliver, brother-in-law of David Sandlin, and caring grandfather of Katie Oliver. Bob died on Jan. 27, 2004 at the age of 69. Bob served in the U.S. Army. Bob was a member of and a trustee of the First Baptist Church. He was employed and involved as a millwright superintendent in installing conveyor belts for over 45 years.
