Bob Minturn of Loveland. Loving father of Bo (Shana) Minturn, Brett (Michelle) Minturn, Brandon (Renee Smith) Minturn, Brady (Faith) Minturn and Brittany (Michael) Riesenberg. Proud grandfather of Aidan, Kaylen, Bailey, Grayden, Hank and Marielle. Dear brother of Charles, Bill (deceased) and John Minturn. Passed away August 15, 2017 at the age of 68. Bob will be best remembered for his annual Fourth of July fireworks show that brought together his family, friends, neighbors, and occasionally, the police. He was always ready with joke and eager to make everyone around him smile. His humor was only slightly surpassed by his generous nature. He loved supplying friends with the bounty of his vegetable gardens, and was always the first to step up to help a loved one. Nothing made him happier than time spent giving his grandchildren a seemingly endless supply of chocolate chip cookies. He was so loved and will be missed by many. Friends will be received Friday, August 18 from 5-7 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where a Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM.
