Dear brother of Bobby, Jim, Dave, Frank Patton, Christine, Marie, Katherine, Wilma Jean, Opal and Lula Mae. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Annie Patton, six brothers and 3 sisters. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Billy worked for 26 years as a foreman for the City of Hamilton Electric Department. He was a member of the (IBEW) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union, a member of the Masonic Lodge Hamilton, Scotish Rite Valley of Cincinnati, member of the FOE Butler Aerie 407 and a member of Loyal Order of Moose, Middletown, OH.
