PARKER Billy Raymond of Goshen Township. Beloved husband of Donna Parker. Loving father of June (Willie) Mays, Rita (Rick Fancote) Parker, Chuck (Andrea) Parker and Billy Parker, Jr. Cherished son of the late Frances Lee Parker and Rachel (nee Hall) Parker. Caring grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Jackie Estep, Janice Roberts and the late Frances L. Parker, Jr. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
