Billy R. Evans of Goshen. Born in Harlan County, KY, the son of the late Henry Evans and Anna Hicks Evans, husband of Theresa (Clements) Evans, dear father of Christa (Philip) Phelps, Billy Allen Evans, and of the late Randall Evans, caring brother of Sue Perkins, and Wanda Scarboro, and 5 deceased brothers, and loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. May 25, 2007 at age 71.
