Bill Eugene Silvers, of Pleasant Plain, Ohio, passed away on February 2, 2023, in Morrow, Ohio at the age of 88.

His greatest passion was driving a semi-trailer truck, Bill drove a semi for 47 years. He loved motorcycles and old cars. Bill enjoyed taking his cars to car shows every year. He was known to put lights on his motocycles so they were lite up as he drove down the road. Bill liked cutting grass and took pride in maintaining his lawn. Even though he was a hard worker and didn't mind getting dirty, Bill was always sharply dressed.

He is survived by his five daughters, Vicky Hampton, Billie (Ron) Hollingsworth, Jackie (Joe) Belew, Beverly (Billy) Owens, and Lisa (Rick) Corder; wife, Imojene Moore-Silvers; ten grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mae Silvers; sisters, Margaret Lautenslager and Betty McVicker; brothers, Buddy Silvers and Bueford Silvers; son-in-law, Larry Hampton.

The funeral service will be held at 1pm on February 7, 2023, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246.
