Betty Rowena "Polly" Bond of Montgomery, OH, passed away June 5, 2025, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Comer E. Bond. Loving mother of Timothy E. Bond, James Mark Bond, and the late Daniel Alton Bond. Cherished grandmother of Christopher Bond, Clifton James Bond, and Rachel Patton. Devoted great grandmother of Troy Patton and Landen Patton. Caring sister of Kenneth "Buck" Polly, Lee Polly, and the late Jerome Franklin Polly, Floyd "Jack" Jackson Polly, Shannon Polly, Helen Polly, William Alonzo "Whimp" Polly, Lydia Marie "Dotty" LeSaint, and Roger Polly. Caring daughter of the late Alonzo and Betty (nee Kincer) Polly.

Polly loved playing the piano. She initially started her career as a schoolteacher and continued her studies in child psychology, after which she became a school psychologist. She ran the school psychology department for Preble County, where she also worked with the Special Olympics. When she retired, Polly became state and federally licensed to rehab songbirds, squirrels, and small mammals.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 10 AM to 11 AM, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH 45140, where a service will begin at 11 AM. Interment Hopewell Cemetery.
