Caring grandmother of Andy Hillard, Jim Hillard, Kraig Collins and Kristen Collins and great-grandmother of Jacob Hillard. Dear sister of the late Ralph Steele, Joseph Steele, Jr., and Wally Steele. Cherished daughter of the late Josheph H. and Ruby Mae (nee Brown) Steele. Betty was an Art Teacher at Clermont-Northeastern Schools for many years.
