RUFFNER Betty Lorraine "Bingo Betty" (nee Holland) of Goshen, OH. Born on April 15, 1926 in Branch Hill, Ohio to Elmer and Elenor Holland. Betty was raised in Loveland, Ohio and graduated from Loveland High School. On April 12, 1946, Betty married Charles Ruffner in South Lebanon, Ohio. The Ruffners lived in Loveland and then moved to Goshen. Betty is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Charles M. Ruffner. She is the loving mother of Ruth Stokes and Sylvia Jean Cox. Caring grandmother of Scott Stokes, Chad Stokes, Vickie Hormel, Amy Books, Wendy McDaniel and Samantha McComas and great-grandmother of Kenny, Brian, Dylan, Nikki, Cassie, Summer, Ciara, Dalton, Ricky, Mikey, Gracie, Haley and Stephen and great-great grandmother of Naomi and Nevaeh. Dear sister of Howard Holland, Louis Holland, Ronnie Holland, JoAnn Sturgill, Jeanette Philhower, Dot Gibson, Marie Redmon and the late George Holland. Cherished daughter of the late Elmer and Eleanor Holland. Devoted niece of Stella, Harold, Edith, Lucy, Tom, Ray, Fred and Art. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and close friends Chris Bishop, Alfie Hedger and Ollie May Treat. Betty was an avid fisherman and would often out fish any man. Betty's dream was to travel the United States. Her favorite vacation spots were California and North Carolina. She loved to work crossword puzzle books. Her hobbies were sewing, crocheting, bingo, fishing, gardening and house plants. Betty will be remembered for her beautiful flower gardens and if you didn't want to hear the truth then don't ask Betty because she would tell you. Rev.
