Betty J (nee McConnell) Richards beloved wife of John Richards for 60 years, died Thursday, June 11, 2015. Loving mother of Lisa Hockett, Jeffrey (Kelly) Richards, Deborah (Tom) McGrath, Dr. Karen (Lyle Lewis) Richards, Jennifer (Glenn) Knight. Adoring grandmother of Audrey & Ethan Hockett, Courtney & Kyle Richards, Killian McGrath, and Nathan & Spencer Knight. Preceded in death by parents Ralph & Ruby McConnell and sister Beverly (David) Asire. Survived by sister Barbara (J.Ronald) Arndt and brothers John (Charlotte) & Roger (Olive) McConnell and many nieces and nephews. Visitation (4:00 PM) and memorial service (5:30 PM) will be held on Thursday, June 18 at Sycamore Presbyterian Church, 11800 Mason Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249.
