Betty Jane Cates, 89, of Maineville, Ohio, passed away September 28, 2013 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. She was born June 15, 1924 in Loveland, Ohio, daughter of John Stagge and Clara Stagge . Elizabeth worked as a clerk for a drug store. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Surviving are Son, James (Nancy) Cates of Maineville, OH., Grandmother of 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Sister of Margaret Witcher and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was preceded in death by Father, John Stagge, Mother, Clara Stagge, Husband, Robert Cates. Services will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Friday, October 4, 2013 at 12:00 Noon with Father Pat Crone, officiating. Interment will be in the future at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
