Obituary

Beth (née Amorini) Dugan, beloved wife of Dan Dugan, passed away October 15, 2026. Beth will be dearly missed by her loving children, Becky (Tony) Morabito, Kelly (Jordan) Goodall and Kevin Brinkman, Andrea (Jay) Reeves, Lauren (Ashley) Dugan and Ryan Dugan. Noni is the cherished and devoted grandmother to Molly & Arthur Morabito, Gabby & Mia Goodall, Dugan & Elin Reeves and Hector Dugan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norbert (Beanie) and Anne Amorini, with whom she has now reunited.. She is the dear baby sister of Drew (Cheryl) Amorini, Mark Amorini, Joan (Terry) Sheehan and Greg (Debbie) Amorini. Beth is the proud aunt of many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Beth’s love of humour and mystery was immeasurable, and fortunately, she passed that love on to her children. She brought a little thrill and hilarity to all our lives, and we will surely miss her clever antics and comical takes. Her playful spirit reminded us to enjoy the time we have here and with each other. How fitting, then, that Beth left this world on a solo flight over the Bermuda Triangle….and hopefully a quick trip to heaven.

No one could ever accuse Beth of not enjoying her life, she did so every day with laughter and sharing her humor with others, sometimes, more than not, at their expense. She passed on this incredible gift of teasing and playfulness not only to her children but to her grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She loved her family, and it showed when she entertained and celebrated with them in her home. She hosted everyone for every Thanksgiving dinner, Easter brunches and egg hunts, Derby parties, her children and grandchildren's birthdays, and many other occasions. She also shared her home with her many friends, some of whom she had known for over 55 years. Beth loved to cook, and trying new recipes and sharing her incredible meals with her loved ones made her happy. She was an amazing host alongside her husband Dan.

Beth loved to travel and share stories of her adventures, whether exploring Italy, enjoying cruises, spending January’s in Siesta Key, visiting Las Vegas, or discovering many other destinations. She always enjoyed a weekend getaway to French Lick, Indiana. It was well known that Beth liked to drop a $20 bill (haha) into a slot machine. And the joy on her face when she would win. We all say “she was so lucky”.

She loved reminiscing about her youth and shenanigans that she and her friends would get into, telling stories about her children and grandchildren, whom she was so very proud of. We are all going to miss her laughter, her teasing and her genuine love for her family and friends. We all feel truly blessed by the gifts she shared with us.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Saviour Church, 4136 Myrtle Ave. 45236 on Friday November 6, 2026 at 11:00 am. Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 to share memories. Beth has received all of her sacraments at St. Saviour, so it is only fitting that she receives her final sacrament there.

In lieu of flowers, she requested that memorials be made to the Sisters of Notre Dame DeNamur. Beth was always proud of the work they accomplished. Envelopes will be available or follow this link.
