Bernice Vermeda Fisher (nee Gooch) of Fayetteville, OH was born June 16, 1921 to Cecil and Lola (nee Wheeldon) Gooch, and passed away October 15, 2013 at the age of 92. She was a devoted member of the Blanchester First Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter Barbara (John) Trivett of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Barbara (Christopher Apgar) Abney of Minneapolis and Cindy (Billy) Wagner of Fayetteville, OH; great grandchildren, Steffan Abney, Alexandra Apgar, Caleb Wagner and Dillon Wagner; brothers Cecil Gooch Jr. "CJ", James Gooch, Bill Gooch; sister, Reba Abbott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wade M. Fisher of 60 years, brothers Bernard Gooch and Glenn Gooch and a sister Eunice Brewer. Friends may call on Saturday October 19, 2013 from 1-2 PM, at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107.
