Bernard J. Shucktis ("Bernie"), age 95, passed away February 3, 2022. He is survived by his children - Bernie (Chip) Shucktis of Loveland, OH, Nancy Shucktis of Atlanta, GA and Betsy Cutler of The Villages, FL.; grandfather to five (5) grandchildren and two (2) great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Mary Fulton Shucktis. Until the last few years, Bernard (Bernie) led an active live. He served in the Navy during WWII, graduated with a BS in engineering from Bucknell University and retired from GE Aircraft Engine. He enjoyed his retirement golfing, traveling, volunteering and spending time with family and friends. Bernie was an active member of Sycamore Presbyterian Church.
