Devoted son of the late Harrison and Grace (nee Hines) Ramsey. Beloved husband of over 58 years to Jeanette (nee Bullock) Ramsey. Loving father of Darrell (Patti) Ramsey Sr., Eddie (Cathy)Ramsey,and Randell (Lisa) Ramsey. Proud Papaw of Bethany, Tim, Greg, Wes, Scott, Amy, and Sarah. Loving Great grandfather of 16 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Faye French and Irene Penter. Frank was preceded in death by 4 grandchildren, Darrell Jr., Nathan, Matthew, Amanda, and 15 brothers and sisters. He went to be with the Lord, Friday March 11th at the age of 80 Proudley served in United States Marine Corps, during the Korean War. Benjamin was very active in the Loveland community, he was a member of the Loveland School Board for 22 years and also was President of the Loveland Boosters. Frank was also a past Master of Emery Lodge #258.
