Proud grandfather of Erin Morris, Andrew Morris, Stephanie (Joe) Purdy (nee Morris), Joe (Ashley) Triplett and Jessica Triplett. Great grandfather of Tyler Case, Josie Purdy, Dalton Purdy and Levi Triplett. Dear brother of the late John "Jack" Gest, Bob Gest, Nancy Weyand and Shirley Webb. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away March 21, 2017 at the age of 87. U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. Barclay was born and raised in Loveland and retired from Loveland City Schools. He followed in his grandfather's footsteps as a candy maker. Friends will be received on Monday, March 27 from 9:30-11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will follow at 11 AM.
