Barbara Ann Palmer nee Zwick, 81, of Loveland, Ohio, passed away on October 15, 2023. Barb was a long-time owner/operator of Loveland Hair Designers.

She was the beloved mother of Kimberley (Christopher) Neff, Shelly (David) Ulrich, and Jami (Matt) Ash.

Proud grandmother of Christopher (Alice), Matthew (Alaina), Daivd (Diana), Zoe, Olivia (Tony), Marciah, Adelaide, Emily (David), Brian (Mary), Katie (Tim), and Makayla.

Loving great-grandmother of Blake, Cameron, Quinn, Legend, Ocean, Norah, Ophelia, Maci, Brandie, Isabellah, Victoriah, Julian, Vivian, and John.

Loving sister to Sue Barnett.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Jim (JP) Palmer; parents, Oscar and Alma Zwick.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Friday, October 27, 2023, at Saint Columban Church, 894 Oakland Rd, Loveland, OH 45140, where friends will gather from 9am until the start of Mass.

Inurnment will take place at Laurel Memorial Garden, Loveland, Ohio.
