Barbara L. Oskamp, age 83, passed away October 25, 2026. Barbara was born October 14, 1943, in Newport, KY to the late Louis and Anne Oskamp (nee Sauerbeck). She was preceded in death by her sister, Claire Baumann, and brother, Thomas Oskamp. She is survived by her sister Annette Riehle, as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Barbara babysat for many years and maintained a close relationship with Holly Ward and Katy Newberry.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, October 30 from 10-11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. Interment St. Louis Cemetery, Owensville.
