Barbara Ann (nee Hicks) Kotter of Cincinnati. Beloved wife of 54 years to Gerry Kotter. Loving mother of Bryan (the late Brian Waldrop) Kotter. Passed away February 6, 2022 at the age of 84. Barbara worked for AT&T for 13 years then stayed at home to raise their son. She later went on to work for nearly 20 years for the IRS. Family will receive friends on Monday, February 14 from 10-11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where funeral services will follow at 11 AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
