French "Frenchy" Belcher. Loving mother of Kim Belcher, Karla Belcher, Jeff Belcher, Brian Belcher and the late Rick Belcher and Steve Belcher. Step-mother of Pam (Mark) Chambers. Caring grandmother of Jason Belcher, Michael Belcher, Adam Belcher and the late Kayci Belcher. Proud great-grandmother of Rolland Belcher. Step-sister of Roseana Krebs. Special cousin of Judy Redmon. Cherished daughter of the late Herbert M. and Viola F. (nee Dotson) Eifert. Also survived by many dear friends. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 11 AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Dr., Loveland, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service.
