Barbara Ann Deeter, née Brown, was born on May 22, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and passed away on March 11, 2026, in Loveland, Ohio.

Barbara was a cherished member of the Easter Star and Wilmington Bible Baptist, reflecting her steadfast commitment to her spiritual and communal life. She also contributed significantly as a former member of the Blanchester Senior Citizens, where her presence and participation enriched the lives of those around her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Lester Deeter; her brother, Roger Brown; and her ex-sister-in-law, Carmen Brown. Barbara’s family extended to her stepchildren: Dennis Patterson, Diane Bartram (John Minear), Debbie Wolary (John), and Lisa Sessa (Joe), along with six step grandchildren and numerous step-great-grandchildren who brought joy and fullness to her later years. She also leaves behind her nephew, Troy Brown, and niece, Tammy Lyttle.

Barbara was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Patterson, and her beloved parents, Ramon Brown and Mary (Fox) Brown.

Family, friends, and all who knew Barbara will gather to honor her memory with a visitation held on March 17, 2026, from 11 AM to 1 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, located at 120 W Main St, Blanchester, Ohio 45107. This will be followed immediately by a funeral service at 1 PM.

Interment will take place at Blanchester Cemetery.
